Robert Emmet Day
We will meet at noon at the concourse and process to the statue in front of the Academy of Sciences with Flags, Fife and Drum, Bagpipers. We will place a wreath at the base of the statue. An introduction and rendition of Emmet’s speech and then process out to enjoy the music of the Golden Gate Park Concourse Band and dancing by Bay Area Irish step dancers. The concert will begin at 1pm.
